5PLAY is available to users of all ages. Users under the age of 13 should have parental consent before downloading and using the app. By creating an account and using 5PLAY, you agree to these game policies.
2. Account & Registration
- Users must register with a valid email address or social login (Google, Apple, or Facebook).
- Each user may only hold one account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- WAASI PTY LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.
3. Fair Play
- Players must not use cheats, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised third-party software.
- Manipulating scores or leaderboard rankings is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage will result in account suspension.
- WAASI PTY LTD reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and remove fraudulent scores.
4. Free Play Limits
Free users are entitled to 2 plays per game per day. Play limits reset every 24 hours. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited plays across all 5 games. Play limits are per account and cannot be transferred or accumulated.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Monthly and Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time purchase and do not renew.
- Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- WAASI PTY LTD does not process refunds directly — please contact Apple or Google for refund requests.
6. Leaderboard & Scores
- The global leaderboard displays usernames and scores from players worldwide.
- Scores are recorded automatically at the end of each game session.
- WAASI PTY LTD reserves the right to remove any scores deemed fraudulent or obtained unfairly.
- Leaderboard rankings are updated in real time.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its servers.
- Share offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content through any sharing features.
- Impersonate other users or WAASI PTY LTD staff.
8. Advertising
Free users may see advertisements within the app served by Google AdMob. Advertisements are not shown to premium subscribers. By using the free version of 5PLAY, you consent to the display of advertisements. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.
9. Intellectual Property
All content within 5PLAY, including game design, graphics, artwork, text, and code, is the intellectual property of WAASI PTY LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content within the app without express written permission from WAASI PTY LTD.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
5PLAY is provided on an 'as is' basis. WAASI PTY LTD makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, WAASI PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
11. Changes to This Policy
WAASI PTY LTD reserves the right to update this Game Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or on our website at waasi.com.au. Continued use of 5PLAY after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
